The aim of the Charter is to create an active network of employers within the West of England that are committed to supporting the basis of ‘good work’.
To become a Member, you must have met the Supporter commitment and all the key criteria within the Charter. Once fully completed, you can apply for full membership to the Charter by completing an application form and providing evidence of how your organisation meets the criteria. This will be independently assessed by the Technical Review Panel who will provide a detailed analysis of feedback and celebrate the fantastic work you are doing.
In addition to being supported to continuously improve employment practices, Members will lead by example on this agenda and be able to provide case studies and speak at events to pass their learnings onto other local employers, to help them on their journey of good employment.
